We operate a "no-quibble" guarantee, if goods are faulty or different from those ordered we will replace or refund monies in full, provided goods are returned in their original condition within 10 days.  Visa, Master Card, Company or personal cheques can be used to purchase goods (by email, telephone, fax or conventional mail) - All personal details will be kept private and never passed to a 3rd party.  All orders are acknowledged within 24 hours, with an anticipated despatch date (usually within 7 days).  The price shown, plus a small delivery charge, is the price you pay (VAT will be added where applicable).  Customers statutory rights are not affected by any of our company terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998) 

  • We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

  • We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

  • We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

  • The type of information we will collect about you includes:

    • your name

    • address

    • phone number

    • email address

    • credit/debit card details if paying online

  • We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

  • The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

  • The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law 

  • If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

  • We will NOT use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site that involves storing anything on your computer.

Cancellation Clause

  • Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason.

  • In the case of goods, the 7 days start when the goods are received.  The consumer ensures the goods are returned in the original unopened packaging, with the returned delivery charges pre-paid in full.

  • In the case of services, the 7 days start when the contract was made.

  • When the consumer cancels, their money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation.

  • This Cancellation clause is not relevant for:

    • Goods specifically created and supplied to meet a consumers requirements;

    • Material supplied in a specific requested quantity and which requiring the cutting from standard stock rolls. Wherever possible these types of material may be returned back into stock, however re-stocking charges will be levied.
